EXECUTIVE COACHINGCoaching is founded on a body of knowledge and techniques that align with the coach's unconditional confidence in the leader. To me, 'coaching' is focused dialogue that facilitates leaders to discover their own possibilities and positively connect to action graceful next steps. A preliminary interview (provided at no charge) identifies objectives for change, timeframe for change, inter-personal fit between coach and client, and a recommended coaching program, typically a period of 6 or more months. When implemented, the coaching program provides planning, practice, learning, and review sessions several times a month for several months.
